Traditional foods include salamis, cold cuts, polenta, carbonade (beef or wild game stew), salsice, potatoes, fontina cheese, pasta, pizza, bread and so on. You get the picture. Finished off with a shot of home made grappa or genepy. The food has been consistently good. The chalet atmosphere inside is filled with wood, warm and colourful.
